Its really a hot topic. From a fortnight ago, till today, people keep talking about Budget 2012. No matter where and who, the majority are talking about it.
Haiya! I think for many, they look forward to benefits and perks. For a few others, it offered an alternative good topic.
Well, not all will benefit. Apparently, the civil servants benefit the most.
